Barwon Water is Victoria’s largest regional urban water corporation. We have a proud history supporting regional prosperity by providing excellence in water, sewerage and recycled water services to our customers and the community for more than 110 years.

Our mission is to strengthen the economic, social, cultural and environmental prosperity of our region through the delivery of sustainable, affordable, innovative and reliable water and sewerage services

As we face a hotter drier climate, we’re supporting our growing region to be prosperous and sustainable, by securing enough water and building the infrastructure to meet all of our needs. We’re proud to be strengthening water efficiency and a shift to climate resilient water sources.

We apply a Caring for Country approach to our land and waterways in partnership with our Traditional Owners, other agencies and community members. We’re also striving for zero emissions and generating useful products from what we used to call “waste”.
